Payment requested within 30-days of invoicing

Cancellation policy: Conference booth, table, staff, and miscellaneous sponsorship cancellation requests made to conference@passivehouse.us by August 15, 2018 will be refunded, subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received on or after August 16, 2018 will receive a 75% refund. We are unable to provide refunds on advertising or sponsorship once materials have gone live (online) or to print.
