Register today for this year’s Passive Projects Tour.
Wind down the weekend with a Sunday drive (well, bus ride) to tour exceptional passive projects in the Boston area. See how the passive building principles you just learned about at Conference take form in a variety of sizes, uses, and architectural styles.
As PHIUS projects have grown in number, they’ve also grown in diversity! This tour will include:
- A new construction single family residence (Wayland)
- An urban infill project (Cambridge)
- A commercial/educational facility (Newton)
- A multifamily building (Boston)
We will gather at the east entrance of the Seaport Hotel starting at 8:00am. Tours will depart at 8:30am sharp.
A box lunch is included, and tour participants who have travel plans will have the opportunity to leave after the second stop, approximately 12:00pm.
Join us Sunday after the Conference to see for yourself how passive building principles are put into practice!
Date: Sunday, September 23rd
Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Boarding: starts at 8:00am at Seaport Hotel, departure at 8:30am
Times are approximate, please keep this in mind when scheduling return flights. Shuttle bus pickup and drop-off will be on east side of the Seaport Hotel (Seaport Lane). We do our best to accommodate return to the hotel by 4:00pm. Tour locations not announced in advance for the privacy of the homes & homeowners. Tour attendees must ride the tour bus.
The annual projects tour is a highlight of the conference and sells out quickly each year, so be sure to register early! (Registration open to PHAUS members only until Monday, Sept, 10th.)
